If you are NOT submitting an NCEES record you will need to provide work experience, official transcripts, verification of examination/licensure, and references. Your work experience will be completed as part of the application, and your references will complete their reference form online as well. However, your transcripts will need to be sent directly from your university to our office, and your verifications must be completed on our verification form and sent to our office from the state board completing the verification. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THESE FROM THE APPLICANT.
If you are submitting an NCEES, record your record must be transmitted to our office within the last year. If you do not transmit your record we cannot see it. Your NCEES record will contain the additional required information such as work experience, transcripts, verifications, and references.
Please note you will receive an application number. This application number will be needed by your references to complete their reference form. This number will also allow you to see your application status and any documents that may be missing.
Credit card payment must be remitted at time of submission.
